A unified communication and productivity app that brings messaging, tasks, and shared documents into a single context-aware workspace. Every was designed to address the context-switching cost of managing work across Slack, Notion, email, and task managers — consolidating the core daily workflows of distributed teams into one coherent interface.
The Challenge
Teams managing work across multiple tools lose significant time and context switching between them.
Notifications fragment attention, information lives in multiple places, and there is no single view of "what needs my attention right now." The design challenge was building a unified surface that felt familiar enough to adopt quickly but opinionated enough to genuinely simplify rather than just aggregate.
Approach
A context-aware home screen that surfaces the three most pressing items across all connected workstreams, a threaded conversation model that links messages directly to tasks and documents, and a focus mode that temporarily suppresses everything except the current context. The design system was built to feel calm and intentional — in direct contrast to the notification-heavy anxiety of most communication tools.
