The Challenge

Early-career candidates particularly struggle with generic listings that don't acknowledge their experience level, and with application processes that require the same information to be entered repeatedly across different employers.
Approach
A curated discovery feed based on skills and career stage, a single portable profile that auto-fills application forms, and an in-app status tracker that keeps candidates informed without switching to email. The design system was built to feel approachable and encouraging — reducing the anxiety around job-seeking, not amplifying it.
