The Challenge

Warehouse operators were making loading decisions based on experience and intuition, leading to inconsistent space utilisation and occasional load failures during transit.

Existing software solutions were desktop-based and too complex for use on the loading floor — operators needed something they could use with gloved hands under fluorescent lights with a forklift running nearby.

Approach

A tablet-optimised interface with large tap targets, high-contrast visuals, and a minimal decision surface — the AI handles the calculation complexity and presents operators with a clear, visual loading plan. Voice-confirmation steps were added for critical weight and distribution checks. The system integrates with existing warehouse management software via API.
